Our bristles are made from renewable resources of corn and sugarcane. The bristles are treated, and are certified decomposable into water and carbon dioxide by microorganisms within 3-5 years. Ordinary nylon or plastic bristles take 300-500 years for their degradation. Our bristles are 100% naturally degradable.

YES! Less waste is best. You can wash and sanitize your brush attachments at the end of each day. Over time they will wear out, and you can feel comfortable tossing them because they decompose and will not stay in the landfills forever.
